Our Goal
Our goal for businesses is a simple one:
Save money by reducing business rate liability
Welcome to E&N Services
Businesses and other organisations that occupy non-domestic premises pay non-domestic rates, often called business rates. The payments help fund local services provided by local authorities, such as the police and the fire and rescue service.
If you use a building or part of a building for business, you will probably have to pay business rates.
Business premises are given a rateable value. The amount of business rates payable is calculated using the rateable value and the multiplier, which is set by the government. The significance of rateable values and rates payable is often under-rated and frequently misunderstood.
Prior to making any appeal on your behalf, we will analyse and inspect the existing assessment without charge and advise you whether there is any merit in proceeding.
Our fees are 100% performance related through a no reduction – no fee agreement which means it is in our interest to save our clients as much as possible . If there is no merit in proceeding, we will say so. Yet, unlike many other companies, we will not charge you in advance for the privilege, nor will we give you false hope of a large saving.
You have nothing to lose but all to gain. Contact E&N Services to see how we can increase your profitability.
